Had a crazy weekend. Went out with Kate & Finn on Friday and got some decent mexican at Agave. Saturday drove all over the place shopping. Target, PC Richards & Fairway. The Target at Atlantic Ave Mall is like subjecting yourself to an experience in disappointment, total chaos and savings. The stuff I want is always out of stock, the clothing looks like someone set off a fabric bomb and the lines are insanely long. INSANELY! Then we went to PC Richards which was an experiment in tracking down an disinterested salesman who doesn't want to show you anything inexpensive and when he does he claims its the only one so he doesn't have to waste time comparing 4 cheap models to you. We ended up buying a $150 A/C for Ace's room and I regretted it immediately. But its in the window and it works so whatever. Ace is fond of using the remote to turn it on. Fairway was normal fairway. chaotic but no lines.
Sunday my mom had a cookout on her terrace. Probably the first time she's done that in I don't know how long. We went up there and hung out with her, Joan, Mike and Liz. I brought some bison burgers and italian sausages to the grill. Everything tasted good.

On the way home we were poured on by the remnants of some tropical storm or what-have-you by the name of Bob or Bill or something. We got home pretty quick but I was tasked with parking. Not only did it take me over 90 minutes of cruising around the neighborhood to find a parking spot but it rained like the end of the world. Torrential rivers of water, huge splashy puddles, things blowing all over. By the time I found a place it had died down but it was kind of awful in general. I had to roll down my window to see if parking spots were legal. They never were and I'd be soaked. I did get to listen to almost the entire Red Sox game which was nice.
Then my work week started with my work computer being banned from the school network for Virus activity. Which of course is unlikely since it am on a Mac. I am trying to figure out what could have caused it but so far no leads.
